A 4-day immersive programme for trainers, educators, and facilitators who want to go deeper.
This is not a course about techniques. It is an invitation to look honestly at yourself as a trainer — what you bring, what you believe, how you connect, and how you grow.
"I'll be taking a little Mary Lynn on my shoulder — to try new things, to hold the curiosity, to trust the room."
— Participant, Train the Trainer, April 2026 · Spain
Most training courses give you more techniques. This one asks a different question: who are you when you step into a room — and what is stopping you from being more of that?
Clarity about who you are as a trainer shapes every decision you make. We start with that — before we touch a single skill.
As the week unfolds, you do not just experience the facilitation — you see behind it. Every choice named, every tool explained, in real time.
Nine people from five countries in one room, meeting each other with genuine curiosity. The group becomes the greatest teacher of the week.
Communication filters, rapport, limiting beliefs, anchoring — not as theory but as tools you use in the room, on the day, with this group.
Language inclusion, cultural display rules, intercultural facilitation — woven into every session, not added as an afterthought.
Not a certificate alone. A specific, time-bound next step. Something you will actually do differently when you return to your room.
By the end of the four days, every participant has worked through something real — not just covered material.
Each day builds on the last. By Friday, participants have moved from self-awareness through communication and application into full integration.
My career has moved through people leadership, operations, systems leadership, and in recent years, corporate leadership and leader development across Europe. In every role, training and developing others has been the constant thread.
What I bring to this programme is not just methodology — it is two decades of standing in rooms where something real was at stake, and learning what it actually takes to create the conditions for people to grow. I facilitate with NLP, the 7 ETS Competency Framework, and a deep conviction that the trainer who knows themselves is always more powerful than the trainer who knows more techniques.
I am a fellow practitioner — not an expert delivering from above.
Three cohorts in 2026. Each limited to 12 participants to protect the quality of the learning environment.

Exact dates confirmed on enquiry. Groups can be arranged for organisations sending multiple participants.
You deliver training, workshops, or learning programmes — in any sector — and you want to understand your craft at a deeper level than technique alone.
Youth work, civil society, NGO facilitation, adult education — you work in spaces where learning is experiential, values-driven, and often cross-cultural.
You are curious about the beliefs, assumptions, and identity patterns that shape how you show up — and you are ready to look at them honestly.
This is not a spectator course. You will participate, reflect, stand up, deliver, and receive feedback. The doing is where the learning lives.
If this sounds like the week you have been looking for — reach out. I would love to have a conversation about whether this is the right fit for you or your organisation.
